Items to Bring During Appointment

Please have two forms of identification ready. Forms of identification must either be current, or have been issued within the past 5 years. Acceptable identification are as follows;

  • An identification card or driver’s license issued by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles

  • A United States passport

  • An inmate identification card issued by the NC Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody in NC state prison

  • Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility
