Items to Bring During Appointment
Please have two forms of identification ready. Forms of identification must either be current, or have been issued within the past 5 years. Acceptable identification are as follows;
An identification card or driver’s license issued by the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles
A United States passport
An inmate identification card issued by the NC Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody in NC state prison
Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility
